I am looking to develop effective learning environments for the staff I work with through the use of an online community. Can we take the VLN model into a school and have it work effectively to allow teachers to grow in confidence to use the tools with effective pedagogy in the background? Can this then become their leaping point into Twitter, VLN and other online communities outside the boundaries of the staff room? Will this then encourage them to tear down the walls of their own classes? Link:
